The staff was cordial, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a central part of the city so close to Queenstown, many restaurants. The room was bright and cosy, the beds were lovely. Clean facilities there.

Our experience here was VERY POSITIVE. There was comprehensive breakfast with our own fresh juices and great coffee and a waffle machine too. The markets and shops were right next door.

The staff was hard-working and we loved continental breakfast. Fast check in and in general attentive service. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus. Pretty good restaurant served Italian specialities.

parks and gardens nearby, the staff was friendly. the location was great, with fergburger nearby. the hotel is situated a few steps away from every place we like, for example aj hackett bungy.
